The 72nd Annual Fall Meeting of the Southern Bowling
Congress, Inc. will be held in Jackson, MS. on August 15
& 16, 2009.
Lanny Grimes and his committee have
selected the Hyatt Place Hotel as the Meeting
Headquarters. We will be hosting a bowling
tournament, entry fee is $20.00, for the SBC Officers and Directors and their
guests.

Please mail your entry form directly to Lanny Grimes.
Entries will be accepted at the hotel Saturday and at
the lanes prior to the 4:00pm starting time.
State Vice Presidents need to complete
their state report and director nomination forms and
send to Bill Blackburn by July 1, 2009 for printing in
the SBC book.
Hyatt Place Hotel is holding rooms
until August 1, 2009 for our SBC group. the
Southern rate is $99.00 plus taxes. you may

The tournament group from Mobile, AL. should have their
entry forms available for the 2010 tournament.
Please be prepared to pick up the entry forms and
posters for your area and plan to distribute and promote
the tournament. Let's make this another very
successful tournament. |

Registration for the fall meeting starts Sunday morning,
August 16, 2009 at 7:00am followed by the SBC breakfast
at 7:30am. Following breakfast, the 72nd Annual
Fall Meeting will be called to order by president
Hostler at 8:30am. Breakfast is open to SBC
Officers, Directors, Life and other Board members,
delegates and approved special guests. |
